Dr. Amy Louis-Bayliss has been an MD for almost 20 years, working in the Greater Toronto Area since 2011 as an Emergency Medicine Specialist. She is an educator and advocate for women’s healthy aging – her interest stems from years of painstaking effort and frustration in treating and managing illness in the ER once it was already “too late”. Dr. Louis-Bayliss currently works as a menopause specialist in Hamilton & Oakville. She is a Cofounder of Lume Women’s health. She can be found at @itsourtimecanada

Carrie Jones

Dr. Carrie Jones is a Naturopathic Doctor with over 20 years of experience specializing in women’s hormonal health. She has worked in clinical practice, as a medical director, and as an educator in functional and integrative medicine, focusing on helping women understand complex hormone issues in a clear and empowering way. Dr. Jones is passionate about breaking down the confusion around hormones, aging, and women’s health, having seen firsthand how underserved this area is. Dr. Eve Henry is a Stanford-trained physician with advanced training in longevity and functional medicine. She has been practicing medicine for over 15 years, focusing on personalized, root-cause approaches to optimize women’s health. Dr. Henry is passionate about helping women navigate midlife health transitions—especially menopause and aging—through tailored programs that emphasize prevention and wellness, not just disease management. Her interest in women’s health stems from a commitment to address the gaps she sees in conventional care.
