International Women’s Month: A Collective Celebration of Strength
International Women’s Month is a time to honour the resilience, brilliance, and collective power of women everywhere. It is a reminder that when women come together, something extraordinary happens stories are shared, wisdom is passed on, and strength multiplies.
At the National Menopause Show 2025, that spirit came to life in the most beautiful way through a collaborative art piece created by the women who attended. What began as a blank canvas quickly transformed into a vibrant expression of lived experience layered with colour, courage, vulnerability, hope, and pride.

The artwork became more than a visual centrepiece it became a symbol of community. Women paused, reflected, shared stories, and added their voices to something bigger than themselves. Some wrote messages of encouragement. Others expressed gratitude. Many simply left a mark proof of presence in a space where menopause, aging, and women’s health were openly honoured and celebrated. |
|
It is not only about standing beside one another during challenges, but about celebrating every stage of life loudly, proudly, and together. It is about lifting each other up, normalizing conversations, and creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and valued. |

To every woman who attended the National Menopause Show and contributed to that collective masterpiece this is a heartfelt hug to you. You helped create something not only beautiful, but deeply inspirational. You became part of a wonderful and growing community that believes in education, empowerment, and connection |
